Please prepare your poster in portrait orientation and bring a printed copy with you to the event.

Please note: printing services will not be available at the venue. You must print your poster in advance and bring it with you.

Many useful online resources offer advice on creating an effective scientific poster. A quick search will provide a wide range of guidance.
You have only a few seconds to attract viewers to your work. Clear figures paired with concise, easy-to-read text usually have the greatest impact.
Avoid long or dense passages of text, including full paragraphs. Make your research questions and key findings prominent so readers can identify them immediately.
Choose font sizes carefully: all text should be legible from a distance of at least 1 m.
Create a clear visual flow through the poster, normally following the natural reading direction from left to right and top to bottom.
Include your contact details, including your name and email address.
