Training materials
1. R basics
An introductory guide to working in R: scripts and the console, objects, vectors, data frames, functions, importing CSV files and handling missing values.
2. Data processing and visualisation in R
A short workflow for inspecting, cleaning and summarising data, followed by a
simple introduction to plotting with ggplot2. The tutorial also links to the
full MulQuaBio chapter for further study.
