Dates and location

The workshop will take place from 26–30 October 2026 in Windhoek, Namibia. The exact venue will be shared with confirmed participants.

Getting there

International visitors are expected to travel through Hosea Kutako International Airport (WDH). Accommodation and local transport arrangements will be circulated by the organising team.

Visas

Entry requirements depend on nationality. International participants should check the official Namibian e-services portal. Invitation letters will be provided where required.
